Born on May 29, 1975, Tosh grew up in Titusville, Florida. However, he spent his formative years in Boppard, Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany. He attended Astronaut High School and graduated in 1993. Later for further studies, he got enrolled into the University of Central Florida, completing his higher education in December 1996. He earned a degree in marketing.
Tosh got his first job as a telemarketer. For the same, in one interview he even said “Hey, $15 an hour to annoy people! I really was not preparing myself for the future at all. I had interviews lined up. I sat through one real interview and I was like, ‘I wouldn’t hire me.’ I left halfway through the orientation. That’s the closest thing I ever got to a real job.”
