Born on 7 November 1967, in France, David grew up in a Jewish family. During his formative years, he showed much interest in music and thus at a young age, he joined Broad Club in Paris as a DJ. Soon he started working on his own night clubs. With initial success as a DJ, he collaborated with French rapper Sidney Duteil.
Subsequently, he played in popular clubs which included Folies Pigalle, the Rex, Le Centrale and Le Boy.
In early 90’s he got involved with a night club manager Cathy Lobé and soon they tied the knot in 1992. Together they have two children, Tim Elvis Eric and Angie.
The couple could enjoy their relationship for twenty-two years, however lately things could no longer work fine for them and so they separated in 2014.
