Born in Lexington, Kentucky on May 6, 1961, George Clooney is a distant relative of President Abraham Lincoln. The actor grew up in a strict Roman Catholic family, however, he himself has stated that he is not sure about the biblical reference of God and heaven. During his school days, Clooney developed a rare disorder that partially paralyzed his face. However, with proper treatment he recovered within nine months.
In 1978 he got his first break in “Centennial” (a mini Tv Series), after which he appeared in many shows including, “E/R”, “The Facts of Life”, “The Golden Girls”, “Roseanne”, “Baby Talk” and “Bodies of Evidence”.
