About:

Born on April 29, 1954, in Brooklyn, New York, Jerry grew up in Massapequa and did his schooling from Long Island. Son of Kalmen and Betty, Seinfeld showed early interest in comedy during his college days.  Immediately after college, he appeared on HBO special and later on the sitcom “Benson”. He appeared on the show for some time as due to creative differences, he was abruptly asked to leave. Later on, he moved to another show “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson”, which indeed brought him initial fame.
