Born on February 17, 1963, to Shirley Whitney and Tom Whitney, Larry has no siblings. After completing his schooling from The King’s Academy, he did his graduation from Berean Christian School. Later his parents enrolled him in the University of Nebraska. However as he was interested in comedy rather than getting a formal degree, so he dropped out of the University in his junior year.
At first, he started working as a radio personality in the 1990s. During that time period, he regularly appeared on programs such as “The Ron and Ron Show”, and “The Johnny Dare Morning Show”.
